I am having a great experience with Diane. Diane is very professional but also very understanding, patient, accommodating and a terrific communicator. Diane is one of those rare realtors. I would have thought with her expertise, professional attitude, knowledge of the field, unfailing commitment to her clients and highly caring attitude that she had been a realtor for 20 years or longer. Our first experience with Diane was several years ago when although she was in the middle of a family vacation, she worked with us on 2 viewings and although they did not work out (we were really not ready to commit at the time), she cheerfully and aggressively and continuously worked with us on both properties. We were so impressed with her qualities that we wrote a review for her. We are far from first time home buyers and have worked with many realtors - but NONE of this caliber. We felt compelled to write a review for her. Our second experience with Diane was when we purchased a vacation home a few days ago. Ironically, Dianne was again on vacation but did not hesitate to jump in and work with us. Despite several snags with the property (including a very high demand for this rare listing), Diane and her team guided us through the process in an absolute seamless manner. Without her guidance we never would have acquired the property under the circumstances. Five stars is not even a sufficient scale for someone of this caliber. Our recommendation is to hire Diane and never look back because you are in the best possible hands!
