Home prices in East Midtown have cooled in the latest rolling three-month view, with the typical home value down year over year even as the broader Memphis city median has risen. The area’s typical home value is lower than late last year, and it now sits fairly close to the citywide median of about $210,000. While prices have eased compared with a year ago, the median list price has inched up over the past year, suggesting sellers are still testing higher asking prices.
