Inventory in Memphis has grown in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up more than 17 percent from a year ago. New listings have also risen by double digits year over year, giving buyers more options. Even with more homes on the market, closed sales and pending contracts have both edged slightly higher compared with last year, showing that demand is still meeting the added supply.
