Upper Vista Real’s rolling three-month snapshot through April 2026 shows some sharp month-to-month movements, with typical home values climbing over 11 percent while median list prices dropped almost 19 percent. At the same time, inventory grew as active listings rose by about two-thirds and months of supply more than doubled to just over six months, signaling more options for buyers and a slower pace than earlier this year.
