Olympic East’s rolling three-month data shows a market with fewer homes coming on and off the market than a year ago. Active listings are down more than 40 percent year over year, with only 14 homes available, and new listings have fallen by nearly half. Homes sold and pending sales are also lower than last year, indicating slower contract flow even as conditions still favor sellers.
