Kristie Manny with MORE Realty is the best. We needed to sell our home in Vancouver while living 1,000 miles away from the area in a time when the market was not great for sellers. Kristie was amazing throughout the entire process, going above and beyond at every step. She connected us with great people with great prices for all of the work that had to be done on the house, and we were able to get lots of work done very quickly with her help. What initially looked like a straightforward sale quickly became anything but. After the first inspection, it became clear that the realtor we used to buy our home glossed over, and in some cases outright neglected due diligence on major repairs. Suddenly, we were facing significant repairs while living out of state. Kristie Manny stepped in and completely took the lead. We had to coordinate over six different companies, get a permit from the city, and constant onsite coordination required. Kristie handled it all. She went above and beyond dozens of times and to her it’s just doing her job. She met with workers, let them into the house, gathered estimates, followed up on progress.
