Year over year, Fox Point home values have climbed notably, with the typical home value up about 18 percent on a rolling three-month basis. Listing prices have risen even faster, jumping more than 37 percent from a year ago. With an average sale-to-list ratio above 103 percent, sellers still hold an edge, but buyers may find slightly more breathing room than in prior years.
