Joseph was wonderful to work with throughout our home-buying process. From the beginning, he took the time to get to know us, understand what we were looking for, and quickly learned our preferences. Before we even toured some homes, he could honestly tell us, “Yes, this is one you should see,” or “No, I don’t think this one is the right fit,” and he was always right.
He was incredibly responsive and communicative. If he told us he would get back to us, he always did, and always
very quickly. We never had to wonder where things stood or wait long for answers.
Joseph is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. During showings, he pointed out not only the features that made a house appealing but also potential concerns or things we should consider. At no point did we feel pressured to buy a home. Instead, we felt like he genuinely wanted us to find the right home.

We've been working with Joe at Keller Williams since about 2019 when we first starting to think about selling our house. He's gone above and beyond since then to make sure everything was in place for a wonderful selling experience.

Our odd-ball property was listed in December, and we knew that it being so far outside the box it would be a more difficult property to get sold. Joe and his team were amazing in being able to communicate the history and value of the property to potential buyers, and we're sure that this is why we just had our closing after only about 2-1/2 months.
