Sheboygan had 51 new listings and 62 listings that went under contract in July, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 105—down 11.02% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in August.
Of those 105 active listings, 25.71% reduced their price in the month of July. The median listing price for homes in Sheboygan grew 0.04% from June to July, bringing the current median listing price to $250,000. Based on projected data for August, listing prices may continue to grow.
