Our agent, Kim B., was very honest and hardworking in her efforts to help us get our parents' home sold. Being an older home located along the freeway, it was difficult to find someone willing to put in the effort to get us an offer that was beneficial to us and not just sell-out to a flipper for cheap and collect their commission. Before even signing papers to officially agree to hire Kim, I was getting feedback that the team was already discussing the home at their marketing meetings. Kim understood how the family felt about selling a home that had been in our family for over 45 years and always kept us involved in every step of the sale process.
