Inventory in Waupaca County has been edging up, with about 201 active listings in May and a modest year-over-year increase, while homes sold fell nearly 11 percent from last year. New listings climbed more than 21 percent from April even as pending sales surged 40 percent month over month, suggesting more properties are coming to market and quickly moving under contract.

Still, nearly 31 percent of homes sell above list and the average sale-to-list ratio is just under 99 percent, indicating well-priced homes can attract strong offers.
