In 2020 I begin an unusual property search. I/we were looking for a house in Crookston that I would eventually sell to my grandson. Adam Helgeson was the realtor with whom we dealt.
This was not our first experience with Adam as he had helped my granddaughter and her fiancee find their first home, also in Crookston. During that scenario I accompanied the couple as Adam took them to several different homes in their price range. He was always so willing to answer questions, plan another showing of a different home if the one they were looking at just wasn't "the right fit,"( and he was charming and friendly through the entire ordeal!!)
Our experience with Adam during round#2 while searching for the right home for my grandson was equally satisfying. Adam made several trips from Grand Forks to Crookston to show us different homes. Recently my wife and I were working on purchasing our first home together, and for the last year or so have been looking at local options. Adam Helgeson was great to work with. He explained the selling process, gave a very professional presentation on what we could expect from him as our selling agent. There were no surprises. I can't imagine the process possibly going any smoother than it did. I had the pleasure of working with Adam Hegleson, who went above and beyond selling not only my home, but my furniture as well. Adam Helgeson at Berkshire Hathaway did a superb job of helping us purchase our property. I was particularly thankful for the knowledge he had regarding what a proper structure should look like, and his willingness to share that knowledge with us. He caught many things that my wife and I had simply overlooked. He remained constantly accessible to us and was extremely flexible in making time to show us homes.
