Agustin was truly invaluable in the sale of a home I inherited in Las Vegas. When my father passed away, I became an out of state landlord and then home seller. Without Agustin's local knowledge and expertise, patience and dedication, to read the market and get things fixed on the home that needed fixed, it would have been extremely difficult to sell the home and get a good price for it. His estimate of what the home was worth ended up within $2K of the appraiser's estimate. He seemed to live and breathe the real estate market, considering every factor and how it affected sale prices and time to sale. While I haven't sold a home before, I've heard from friends and family who have. Agustin is clearly in a class of his own, and I can't thank him enough. This is the guy you want buying or selling your home.
