Agustin helped us purchase a condo in 2015. Our communication was only conducted through emails, digitally signing all document. In 2021, Agustin sold the same property only 3 days after it was listed. Again, all processes were done through email.

Once we told him of our intend to sell the property, Agustin kept us informed of local housing market and advised us for over 2 years, awaiting optimal time to sell at the price we wanted.

Agustin is a total professional. Even though I'm 15 hours ahead of him (residing overseas), I've never had to wait more than a half day to get response from him. He answered every question promptly (even days after all transaction was completed).

Agustin was truly invaluable in the sale of a home I inherited in Las Vegas. When my father passed away, I became an out of state landlord and then home seller. Without Agustin's local knowledge and expertise, patience and dedication, to read the market and get things fixed on the home that needed fixed, it would have been extremely difficult to sell the home and get a good price for it. His estimate of what the home was worth ended up within $2K of the appraiser's estimate. He seemed to live and breathe the real estate market, considering every factor and how it affected sale prices and time to sale. While I haven't sold a home before, I've heard from friends and family who have. Agustin is clearly in a class of his own, and I can't thank him enough. This is the guy you want buying or selling your home.

Agustin was so helpful to me through a very stressful time. He went above and beyond to help me sell my home. He knew that I didn't have help to physically do what needs to be done to get a home ready for sale. He was able to get me in touch with trustworthy people who could do work for me. He saved me a lot of worry because i knew everything was in good hands and he was working hard to get the house sold for the best price. This was the best experience I have ever had with a realtor.
