Our experience was fantastic--we looked at three different regions and Colorado, and by far, Alan and Brian won us over. Yes, it was their ability to hear what we wanted--property with a house--and his patience to let us see the house one more time--but importantly to us, as we were flying home in 3 days--was to get our bid in, and to connect us with a mortgage broker before we left the springs. He made it happen--we got the house! Importantly though, Alan has stayed in touch. He sends us updates on homes that have sold in our area--so we can keep abreast of the market. I would work with him in a heartbeat if I wanted to move! Unfortunately though--he found the perfect house for us--and I am never leaving!
