I was raised in the Carolinas. Shortly after graduating from Lexington High School, I followed my high school sweetheart to Kailua, Hawaii. After starting our family in the Marine Corps we headed back to Lexington, South Carolina. We bought our first home at 20 years old and little did we know that would be our first investment property.

After trying to find our footing in the “real” world, having a second baby, and jumping from job to job, we ended up selling our home and using that money to launch ourselves into real estate. We used that money to buy more properties and eventually become full time home flippers. As time went on I needed something a little more fulfilling, so I looked for ways to give back to my community, and that is how I ended up in real estate school.

I found my fulfillment in helping friends and family buy their first homes. For some they were the first to ever own a home in their family. The opportunities in real estate are endless!
