Sold a Single Family home in 2023 in Vienna, WV.
Amanda was amazing to work with! The property was my Mother’s home and Amanda sat down with me and my siblings to explain everything to us and answered all of our questions. She provided professional pictures of the home. We had multiple offers within days of listing. The entire process was seamless. I highly recommend Amanda!

Amanda was a great person to work with. Signed a contract to sell on a Monday, pictures were taken on Tuesday and posted on line. The house was shown on Wednesday. Had a contract almost immediately. Amanda constantly kept me updated on the sale. She was very considerate of my needs. I would highly recommend Amanda for a realtor.

Amanda is not only a Fantastic Realtor, she's a family friend and one will not find a more pleasant, kind, professional and most important, caring person to sell or buy a new home. Our home was listed and sold very quickly. As always, a few little hiccups, but Amanada was always confident and assuring things would work out. Will always use her for any real estate needs!!!!!!

Amanda did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of our home so that we could then buy a new one. She was professional and easy to work with and responded quickly to our many questions. She has a great personality and was easy to talk to so that she understood what we wanted in a new house. I would highly recommend her.
