Of those 31 active listings, 16.13% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Vienna grew 8.54% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $253,450. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract has been fairly steady year-over-year.
