I canvas neighborhoods of interest to give you first access to a home before it is listed, tap into my off-market networks to find homes that you can't find online, and create a purchase and carrying cost analysis on homes you're interested in to ensure the numbers work for you.

For my seller clients, I offer complimentary staging, paid marketing on various platforms, top-quality photos, and videography, among many other services.

I am also a Certified Negotiation Expert, which has really enabled me to ensure my clients come out on top.
