We had the pleasure of working with Andrew for both the sale of our home and purchase of a condo. He works with an excellent team consisting of photographer, designer, stager and sales staff For the past year it's been a difficult sales market with prices dropping to 2/3 of market values from two years ago. Andrew's positive attitude took the edge off from what was a pretty ugly situation from the sellers point of view. He followed up with calls to every other realtor that viewed the home to get their impressions and feedback and for the months our home was listed I don't think it was ever more than two days that we didn't hear from him.
We purchased our condo with Andrew. We viewed a dozen or more. He quickly found out our needs and when we did viewings he would be actively checking electrical service, quality and age of thermal windows and all the other things which contribute to a home.
