Very smooth and very comfortable throughout the entire process. I was very well educated from the first meeting with Amy, which is exactly what I needed because not having the knowledge is what held me back previously when attempting to buy. The Corey's were both present at the closing and I thought that showed respect and it was really nice gesture.

When my wife and I first met with Amy and Jeff we weren't even sure if we could buy a home. They were so patient and took time to understand our history and what our goals were before explaining in detail what the process of buying a home entailed and some ideas on how to get started. This was the first time we'd ever bought a home, Amy and Jeff took all the worry and stress away. I still can't believe how easy they made things. I can't say enough good things. She was always there when I needed her and was there even when I didn't, Just checking in with me. Put no pressure on me to purchase something. Was always available to show me something. Handled all details and reminded me what tasks I needed to take.care of. Great negotiator! Was a pleasure to work with. We became friends with Amy Corey when she first moved into our community. Our friendship and respect grew as we saw her many different times in our day to day life. To save money, we were going to do a for sale by owner. We asked Amy to come over and meet with us as a friend to give us some tips and advice.
