Amy made the process of finding a home such a good experience! She was helpful, knowledgeable and understood exactly what we wanted and needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we found what we desired. Because we were hunting for a home out of state, she covered every detail that we might have missed and made sure we knew the area as best as possible. Our move couldn't have been the same without Amy and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house.

Amy is a wonderful broker. I would say this regardless if she had not sold my house. I remember her sitting down with us and walking us through the entire process. I recall he optimism that we were going to sale the house. I'm was floored by the communication. I believe it was daily we got updates and recommendations. When we sent her an email or a text message she responded immediately displaying her commitment to us. I recall her saying if you need a referral for a vendor or need information let me know. She also said if you need boxes or help packing I'll help. I thought that was just something a broker would say, but the more I learned and worked with her I believe she would've packed for us if we needed her. She is a true professional and dedicated to her trade. I highly recommend her and in the future if have a need to buy or sell I would not hesitate to call her.

Amy was amazing- the perfect person for me to work with.

We were referred to her by David sidoni how has a how to buy a home podcast. His information is one we came to trust and wanted to see who he would refer to in our new search area. After speaking with Amy and looking her up we liked the idea of working with her.

Amy was such a wonderful resource for us as first time home buyers in a brand new area. Her insights to the area really helped us, the local environment and house related concerns and costs, and her recommendations were always in line with our vision as well. She showed her care for our family in all the work and consideration she put into finding and securing us a home.

Amy is incredible at her job, but is also an incredible friend. She only performs with excellence and professionalism, no matter how intense the situation can be. I would highly recommend her for anyone buying, or selling their home.

Amy was professional from the beginning. She was also very sensitive to the feelings we were going through at the time of the sale. She kept us informed, honored our desires for the sale, and kept the process moving forward. When the documentation, the day before the closing, was incorrect, Amy caught it and had it fixed immediately so as not delay the closing. She was patient, if not directive, with a fairly inexperienced closing agent on their side, but assured all was in order and correctly done.

She is a consummate professional, a super nice person, and I would not only recommend her to others, but I would take issue if my powerful recommendation wasn't accepted! I've worked with Amy 2x now (a purchase and a sale of a house). Always a wonderful experience!
