Amy could have done a better job of managing expectations early in the process. The sale took longer than expected probably because of our high starting price. Amy was very helpful and patient through the whole process and was creative in coming up with ways to get to a satisfactory end result. Amy also went above and beyond to get the closing to happen. Amy always made us feel like we were her only customers, when I know that wasn't true. She is a very busy professional, and I appreciated her very close attention to every detail. She was always willing to go the extra mile, whether that was helping us with getting rid of things (she gave us some extra moving boxes), or assisting with other non-purchase tasks (she loaned us tables for our garage sale), she was always there for us. She worked around our schedule and always took as much time as necessary to explain anything we didn't understand. I'm so happy we used Amy as our realtor! It was stressful to move after living in the same home for 24 years, but Amy helped ease our worries.
