She was ready to take us for a showing at drop of hat. She responds so quickly to any need to knows or questions. She is now our listing agent for the house we are selling. I ask her for a snow removal guy. She knows someone. I ask her for a plumber.. she knows someone. Furnace company? Yep.. guy came same day. She gives great references and I let these people know who referred them. She also takes donations for United way then has a rummage sale and donates money to them. Bottom line trust is big to us. Having newly moved to Bismarck, we were not familiar with local neighborhoods, locations etc. Amy Hullet made our move much more relaxed and exciting. Amy was always available for questions, she responded quickly and efficiently to calls or emails. Amy was very helpful with the selling and buying of the homes we sold and purchased. She offered us a trailer to help with the move, gave us a goodie "moving bag" which was very helpful and was always freindly and fun to be around -regardless of what was going on in her life. Amy also had some food deliverd to our home which was so helpful since we didn't have time to get groceries. I highly recommend Amy for any client. We really cannot say it enough how appreciative we are to have had Amy represent us in our home purchase! She always gave us her undivided attention when working with us and was always quick to respond to our questions at all hours! Even after our closing date she has been in contact to make sure we are happy with everything along with providing sound advice/recommendations to improvements and fixes we are currently working on!
