Amy Hullet was professional, courteous and respectful during the entire process and was just as puzzled as we were that our house wasn't selling in a "sellers market" despite being reasonably priced. She was quick to stage the home and enlist social media outlets and did everything in her power to sell the home. Amy also was timely in recommending the dreaded price reduction no home owner wants to hear about which is a necessary evil.

Amy could have done a better job of managing expectations early in the process. The sale took longer than expected probably because of our high starting price. Amy always made us feel like we were her only customers, when I know that wasn't true. She is a very busy professional, and I appreciated her very close attention to every detail. She was always willing to go the extra mile, whether that was helping us with getting rid of things (she gave us some extra moving boxes), or assisting with other non-purchase tasks (she loaned us tables for our garage sale), she was always there for us. She worked around our schedule and always took as much time as necessary to explain anything we didn't understand. I'm so happy we used Amy as our realtor! It was stressful to move after living in the same home for 24 years, but Amy helped ease our worries.

Over the next five years, she kept in touch and let me know that she was available at any time. We finally purchased our new home in 2021 and couldn’t be happier. Amy helped us with everything from financing to a mover. She also took all the worry out of selling the old home.
