With this being my first home purchase, I had no idea what I was doing; I had so many questions. Andy was extremely helpful and patient in every step of the home buying process. He was always quick to respond to e-mails and calls. He made me feel very comfortable during what could have been a stressful process. Andy was not pushy during the showings. His prior background as an appraiser made him a very knowledgeable resource during the showings. He was able to point out both the positives and the flaws in a home.
