She provided valuable advice and guidance on finding suitable homes to look at and put offers on. I don't think we could have picked a better realtor to sell our house. Angela took on the job in a time when the market wasn't easy for sellers. Interest rates were through the roof. She went above and beyond. She had quite a few open houses, broker's lunches and a lot of work was put into the listing. She changed the wording and pictures when she thought appropriate and all in all was a very nice and easy person to work with. We ended up moving to our new home, out of state, before the sale of our home in New Hampshire. Angela took it upon herself to do everything she could to get our house sold with little help on our part. Not only did she sell it in a short amount of time, but also got a good price for our home.
