Ann King

Ann King, Broker and Owner of CENTURY 21 King Agency, Inc. of Florence, South Carolina, is a native and active citizen of the Florence Community. She has served on numerous Boards of Directors including The McLeod Foundation, Florence Civic Center and Fair Housing Board. Ann has also served as a member of The Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce and the Pee Dee Development Board.

She continually gives back to the community through service. Ann is currently involved in the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) Program, which specializes in helping families without perfect credit and no down payment obtain homes. Ann has also been a key participant in the development of many subdivisions throughout the Florence Area.
