For Arica, to represent us as clients who would commence their search for a new home in the Eugene-Springfield area from our former residence in New Jersey, she was faced with an uncommon set of challenges. She rose to the occasion as an able partner in all aspects of this difficult endeavor, and exceeded expectations considering the long-distance variables of a house-hunting search from 3,000 miles away. Arica needed to deploy a wide range of real estate agent knowledge and skills, enthusiastically developed new ones (like the use of Google Meets and FaceTime to give us video presentations of houses and properties), exhibited ample flexibility to manage the time difference between coasts, and above all, demonstrated a saintly degree of patience with all our anxieties, questions, and concerns, on our path to successfully buying and moving into a new home in Springfield.
