Asha helped sell my town home in Red deer. From start to finish, Asha made the process effortless. I was left in awe at the level of service from Asha. I have bought and sold in access of 30 properties over the last 30 years and bar none, Asha is in a league of her own; she earned every penny and deserved more. Asha is an amazing realtor. She is an expert in her field! She takes pride in meeting on time, doing her research, providing her clients with her expertise and she works extremely hard to do her job. She made working with a realtor the best experience that we have had selling a commercial property. She definitely can do whatever she sets her mind in doing and thoroughly! She sold our property within a matter of weeks on the market! Incredible, we had it listed with another long time realtor, and no one even looked at his listing. Her negotiation skills were first rate, she made certain that the deal was taken care of. She arranged everything that was necessary for the sale; went out of her way to provide resources to make certain the property was looked after during times when we were unable to do it ourselves. She is a professional. She is the only realtor that I would recommend to everyone in Central Alberta. She takes care of her clients. It was a pleasure working with Asha. First, I would just like to say it was absolute pleasure working with Asha. You could say I am very particular person and about what house we wanted to move into to start are new life with are new born baby, I think we saw around 30-40 houses. With that said, there was never a complaint she was always very professional and ALWAYS had our best interests in mind. Not only did she help us find the most amazing home for our new family. She also facilitated the sale of our old property. It all went through extremely smoothly. I am very pleased with the service that Asha provided me and my family. My fiancé and I used Asha to purchase our first home & she made every step of the way so much easier. Being first time home buyers we were new to the process but Asha was able to walk us through each step along the way. She was very good at explaining information thoroughly and had no problem answering any questions we had. We felt Asha really cared about what we wanted and she would send me new listings whenever they came available. She wanted us to be happy and didn’t pressure us in any way.
