I really appreciated Barbara’s guidance during the selling of our home. It was obvious she understood this was our home where we raised our family verses a property.

Diligent in finding answer to the few questions she was unable to answer immediately.

We enjoyed working with Barbara very much. She was very light-hearted and yet serious and knew what she was doing. She knew the area and she knew the homes that she was showing us. We had only a couple of days to find a home and so she worked very quickly, we didn't waste time looking at things that were not what we were looking for.

Barbara sold house full price in four days. Asked not to put to sign in yard, personal reasons. She agreed. We purchased another house in Hannibal from Barbara and will be closing ASAP. Barbara very honest and professional. Highly recommend her if you have need of a realitor.
