Belinda was very helpful and informative last year while we were searching for houses, and she quickly developed a good understanding of our needs. She continued searching on our behalf after we quit searching ourselves. And she remembered our needs very well after a long period of no contact.

I texted Belinda about two houses that we wanted to see after months of not searching or being in contact with her, and within an hour we were out viewing them with her! And that's how my dad found his perfect new home after years of searching.

Belinda helped me find a house remotely from California. To add to the complicated sale I bought this house with my son and his girl friend. Belinda worked with all 3 of use to find the right house. She was great with helping with issues found during the house inspection. There is not enough words to describe how hard she worked detailing with issues until the house closed. I would highly recommend Belinda if your looking to purchase a house.

What really stood out was how she went above and beyond to meet us after I got off of work. Even though it was late in the evening and just being available to answer any questions. Also being very friendly and reassuring.
