Belinda Sternberg was recommended by veterans united, she was very polite and knowledgeable about the home buying process and homes in general. Belinda was up front about everything when it came to getting prepared for buying and buying a home, what costs are involved, the time is could take, she takes time to make sure its what we are interested in and what we like. Belinda didn't just find us a house, she found us a place to call home.

Belinda was always there when a question or issue arose, she handled them very professionally. She has the patience of a saint in that it took 2 years to locate a home that was near what we were looking for in size, personal desires and location, all important to us. That being said our desires were important to Belinda as well.

Very knowledgeable and personable, easy to communicate with. She goes the extra mile to make your house sale or new home purchase as smooth as transaction as possible. Very pleased. Would use again but hoping not to move again any time soon. Will recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Belinda was great from the very first phone call. I had no idea what I wanted in a house, I only had a few things in mind and she didn't pressure me to make impulsive decision. She was always very fast and responding to any communication and she made me feel like I was her only client. The entire process was so smooth and less stressful then I had anticipated. She was incredibly knowledgeable about what was needed to purchase a home through VA financing, and if she didn't know something she would figure it out. I enjoyed this entire experience with her help and I would recommend Belinda to my friends and family.

Very helpful in this transaction...even though she represented the buyers and not us as the FSBO sellers. Thoughtful (sent a card during a family member's passing) and gave us a card and gift at the end of the sale. Wonderful real estate agent!!
