Belinda was kind, resourceful, honest, blunt, bold and motivated to get us into our home fast. If I didn't understand something she was quick to explain and helpful to us at all times.

Belinda was relentless in her pursuit of our best interests. She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I would recommend her to friends and family, and frankly anyone buying a house for the first time!

Belinda was great at pointing out different aspects of homes to us, both positive and negative. As first time homebuyers we had tons of questions and she patiently and diligently answered them all. She was especially helpful in, knowing that we had an FHA loan, pointing out what issues would be potential work orders so that we had a clear and realistic expectation of how much work each house would need and how likely it was to be okayed for the loan.

Belinda was extremely great in her communication with us: quick responses, detailed answers, and follow-up to any question she didn’t know the answer to offhand. Belinda also checked in often through the lending process to see how my fiancé and I were doing and to assure us that this process isn’t the speediest, but not to worry. She even had an amazing housewarming gift basket for us at closing!

I have told everyone I know, posted on social media, and even mentioned to new acquaintances talking about selling or buying a home that Belinda is the realtor they want to work with. I don’t plan on moving anytime soon, but when I do, she will be the first person I contact!

Belinda Sternberg was with us every step of the way, from all the house showings and finding the right house for us, all the way down to closing. She helped guide us through all the hoops for a first time home buyer. She was always available to answer questions and always communicated clearly what was required of us as we went through the process. She was transparent in all dealings with the title company, loan company, inspectors, etc. and would keep us updated throughout the process. This greatly aided in everything being completed in a thorough and timely manner. Helpful, Knowledgeable, Available, Hardworking; I would recommend Belinda Sternberg for all these reasons.
