I’m not sure that the word exceptional can do justice to the experience we had in working with Bill and Linh. From the initial thoughts of wanting to sell our home, through looking at properties, assisting us in the negotiations once we found the right one, and ultimately turning the key to enter our literal dream home for the very first time after closing, their knowledge, support, stewardship and care throughout this journey has been second to none. The experience was not only incredibly professional and able to get us where we wanted to be financially speaking, they went above and beyond to ensure that we were treated not as clients, but like family. From our own previous dealings in buying and selling a home, we know that it can be stressful for many reasons. Bill and Linh were there when we needed them most to ensure this process was painless, and their extensive network of individuals they work with from start to finish ensures you are looked after every step of the way.
