I didn't know Teresa Lonsway prior to our mom's house sale. Teresa did her homework in advance of our initial meeting; this was very much appreciated. Teresa came to our initial meeting with comp's, an approximate market price and an estimate of settlement fees. Her communication was also excellent. She was proactive in heading off issues.
