Bree was great. She guided us through the process of finding a lot and a builder. Bree was there through the whole journey, from getting it built to closing. We definitely would recommend her. We couldn’t be happier with our new home.

We first met Bree last fall when we were visiting from CA and looking for neighborhoods in the Richmond area. She was very accommodating, and we were successful in our goal. Over the next several months she sent us information on available properties and took us on video tours when applicable. She was always very responsive to questions and concerns.
