I highly recommend Bree Cox to anyone purchasing a home, she's incredibly knowledgable of the market and reading both buyers and sellers alike. I came into this as a first-time homebuyer and she was so patient and willing to explain things multiple times without me feeling as though I was a burden which is a big source of anxiety for me going into this. Bree made a time that is a huge stress for most people feel completely managable. I put a lot of trust in her and she exceeded my expectations every step of the way.
