I am new to the area and a first time homebuyer in VA. Bree Cox was wonderful to work with. She was knowledgeable, available and patient with my search.

She was very helpful, worked around our schedule and was able to work around her schedule. She was very responsive, no matter what time it was. And was very responsive to new openings on homes on the market.

I can't even begin to explain the amount of help and consideration Bree had for our family. We worked with a previous agent and we communicated that some needs weren't met and she took that and ran with it to ensure that we received everything and MORE of what we asked for. She looked at everything so precisely and while we were ready to jump at one offer, she had best judgement and waiting gave us even more than what we had hoped for. Being a young family in a world like we live in today, I feel like we completely hit the jackpot with realtors in regards to our needs, wants, and desires as a growing family in this upcoming modern world. She was absolutely amazing and I will never forget how personable and amazing she truly was!

As a night shift nurse, having easy access and communication with Bree was important with my unusual schedule. She was very flexible and responded in a very timely manner, was very knowledgeable to the area and had great recommendations for a local lender as well as other services necessary for home buying!

I can’t even begin to explain our experience with Bree, a few words is amazing, easy going, accommodating, she got us the best offer after losing a deal to a buyer cutting all communication and we really still ended up with our dream home we loved from the moment we saw it. She helped us find the home we will raise our babies in, see them go off to college in, and create so many memories at this home and I can not thank her enough for all her dedication through this process. Hands down the best! :)

Bree did an outstanding job and I can’t be more thankful!! She went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and made sure we understand it as we were first home buyers. She gave different options in our price range and once we found the one she jump all over getting in our offer letter. I would give her a million stars if I could!!

Bree was friendly and was helping me find a home in the Richmond Virginia area and near by. She would find many listings to help me realize my dream. Bree was always checking in and asking if I was satisfied with the homes we were targeting together. I was specifically was interested in the areas south of Richmond but unfortunately her region only covered approximately 45 mins South of Richmond. With Brees help I was given many selections but soon discovered that the taxes in her areas were a bit too steep

Bree has been a great realtor. She is fast to respond, reliable, and just a good person from what we have seen. I felt she has been fair and honest about the process of buying and selling a house, even when things were not in our favor. She never "beat around the bush" and we are at a point where we are happier than when we first started looking for a home. I would recommend her to anyone, she is an expert in her trade and made us feel comfortable every step of the way.

Bree was great. She guided us through the process of finding a lot and a builder. Bree was there through the whole journey, from getting it built to closing. We definitely would recommend her. We couldn’t be happier with our new home.

We first met Bree last fall when we were visiting from CA and looking for neighborhoods in the Richmond area. She was very accommodating, and we were successful in our goal. Over the next several months she sent us information on available properties and took us on video tours when applicable. She was always very responsive to questions and concerns. Once we moved to temporary housing in VA after selling our house in CA, a property came on the market that we really hoped to buy. Bree's advice helped us win the bid in a competitive market.

Bree was very helpful in finding us a home. She always answered my texts and emails. If I asked a question and she didn't have an answer, she would find out and get to me.

Don't question whether you go with Bree, just be jazzed if she is available to work with you. I have a little experience with real estate but found myself in a complicated situation to find a place and sell the other, and this was hands down the best situation with an agent I could imagine. Bree listened to what I was trying to accomplish, knocked down my delusions of grandeur regarding the properties I was looking at, was great for honest feedback at various properties we saw, was patient with my rejections of probably-fine properties, gave me a great view of the general situation of property that helped me isolate good options, then still found a property that I'd missed (and was the property that I ended up buying, and is PERFECT).

Bree is absolutely incredible. She's thoughtful, sharply analytic regarding properties, and cooperative. I can't imagine a better experience buying property in the Richmond area.

We cannot recommend Bree enough! I met her through work (real estate law firm) and was so impressed by her communication, attention to detail and obvious care for her clients that my husband and I chose to work with her for our personal purchase. She was always there when we needed her, was consistent in following up with necessary parties and gave us the most thoughtful gift basket at closing! Zillow connected me with Bree Cox when I requested additional information about a listing for "unimproved property". She contacted me very quickly. I soon realized my initial inquiry was not a good fit for me. We had a good conversation about what I was looking for vs what I was not looking for. I had been looking for several years with no luck. The next day Ms.Cox sent me several listings to review. The VeRy first listing she sent was perfect. She listened to what I wanted and she sent me the perfect listing. Through the entire purchase process Ms. Cox was Responsive, Helpful, Polite, Funny and Informative. I have the highest regard and respect for Bree Cox and her professionalism. TY
