My experience with Bree was unmatched. From the first meeting, where she wanted to walk through the house from a clients perspective before discussing anything, to the portfolio of information she had prepared, showed her process is very through and thought out. She used her skilled knowledge of the market by utilizing the value of desired features the home provided, to list the home at what it is worth in an area that the comps were difficult to navigate. The pride and compassion she has for what she does provides a level of comfort and confidence in what can be a stressful situation. Throughout the process, she set up staging the home to provide buyers insight to the home potential, set up inspections & kept me informed beyond what most would. Her expertise ultimately upon listing landed an offer during the holidays, Christmas Eve at that, when it can be a difficult time to sell. Once everything was finalized, I gained $50k+ higher than the 1st agents proposal I explored for listing.

Bre was very thorough in helping me navigate through the process of purchasing my first home. Her knowledge and patience was excellent and she kept in constant communication with me to make sure I got everything I asked for and needed during the closing
Even after the sale she made sure everything was ok with the home by communication with the contractor to fix any imperfections found during the settling in process so they could correct the problem. Bre is AMAZING!!!!
