6 stars!!! I could not imagine going about the home buying process without Brendan and his team. Every text, call or email was addressed in a timely manner. No question was too big or too small, and as first time home buyers we had A LOT of questions! We truly were supported every step of the way and felt like we were just as high priority as any other client.

Brendan is experienced, takes the time to share his knowledge, and thinks through every angle of the home purchase from start to finish. When I wanted to see a home, I got his take on what to watch out for. When I went in for the offer, he made sure it was competitive - and when I was under contract he was a great negotiator. Examples include: a buyer credit for closing costs, pushing back the closing date (it was to my benefit). Brendan worked hard for me in this transaction. He's also got a great team - Shi-Shi was on top of things - and an extensive network of professionals that were really solid. Choose Brendan and you'll be in good hands.

He was clear and realistic when explaining to us what to expect when putting our house up for sale. He talked us through a few scenarios when we first met, in the couple of months in between, and then again by the time we were ready to move forward with the sale. He's aggressive and smart, and we really feel he got us the best offer we could've gotten. Want even more praise? He's THE BEST person! He's fun, nice, and quick witted- which we love :) That kind of person we'd like to just sit down and have a drink and just talk, and hang out with. His team is also super nice, competent, and helpful. We were kept informed regularly and any/all questions were answered clearly and promptly. We used Brendan and his team to sell our house earlier this year, then to find a rental home, and finally to buy a new house a few months later, so we have seen all sides of the buying and selling experience. Brendan and his team are experienced and highly organized and responsive. Brendan has a process on both the selling and buying sides of transactions that ensure the client is well-informed, knows what to do and expect next, and is never left wondering what is happening. We could not have been happier with Brendan's solid advice both on selling and buying our homes, and both transactions were very smooth. Even when there were a few minor glitches along the way (caused by third parties), Brendan and his team worked quickly to work everything out. We hope to be in our new home for many years to come, but would not hesitate to use Brendan again for real estate transactions or to refer others to him.
