First time Texas home buyer here. Here's what makes Brendan better than other realtors: 1 - His educational 1:1 Home Buyer class was extremely helpful, especially for first time home buyers. 2- During the home viewings, his team was also looking for red flags that I never would have caught. They have a whole list they go through for every home (other realtors just open the door). 3- Samantha and Brendan provided status updates, contacted the builder and gave recommendations proactively during my build. 4- He stood up to the builder and was able to get things done and always wanted to ensure I was very well taken care of. 5- In key moments of the process, Brendan would call proactively and explain the process and when I was in a panic, his insight kept me cool. 6 - Even when some of my questions may have seemed unreasonable, he had an open mind and said "it never hurts to ask." I have worked with several real estate agents in my life, but Brendan is a true professional and master in his field.

When we first met with Brendan we could immediately tell that real estate is his PASSION. He thrives in this career and he is fantastic at his job. The whole process was great. He is no-nonsense and gets to the point. He will tell you what you need to know and what you need to do, while always emphasizing that “it’s your journey”. He did not pressure us to do anything, but recommended some updates that we elected to complete. He knows what he is doing…at the end of the day, when we listed our house, we were able to say we had done ALL THE THINGS (paint, landscaping, staging, glad plug-ins, etc). And it worked!
