In both the buying and selling process Shayla has been excellent. She far exceeded any expectations we had. From the moment we decided to list our home, things moved quickly. Shayla would answer my panicked texts, whether it was 8am or 11pm. Once we found our new home, she was able to guide us with closing on a home with multiple offers. I will recommend her over and over again.

When we met Shayla, we were immediately impressed by her knowledge and also her ability to break everything down into bite size chunks. Her strong communication skills allowed us to always feel in the loop. Shayla guided us every step of the way and would let us know what steps we could anticipate coming next. This made the entire process feel less overwhelming. We never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. We quickly built trust and trusted Shayla's referrals, who were also so great to work with! We liked how Shayla asked us questions, getting to know what our needs and requirements were while at the same time not overwhelming us with info. Shayla was amazing from start to end. She is so knowledgeable and explains things very well. She did an incredible job of marketing and getting the word out that my house was for sale. She sold my house in under a week! I am so happy I went with her, and will highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

Shayla absolutely gets top marks in all the above categories. From our very first phone conversation through to all the showings and sales negotiations, I was very impressed with the time she took to explain things to me, how quickly she responded and gave feedback on everything. She is an excellent communicator and a true professional. I trusted her completely to guide me and to get the best possible result for me. And she did. It seems whether the home is big or small, she gives everyone the same time and attention. I will be recommending her to anyone I know who is selling their home!

I felt heard and understood by Shayla and her guidance and expertise were invaluable! She lead me through a very efficient and fast House sale. Shayla’s photos of our house were outshone only by the video she had made of our house which creates an experience for buyers of what it’s like to actually live in the house, which we feel is an extremely important aspect to selling. Shayla was honest, professional, consistently available, and put in the work. Our house sold within 24 hours of being listed and I attribute that to her eye for detail, advertising expertise, and her ability to amalgamate creativity, professionalism, and genuine care for her customers. We would highly recommend her as being your next realtor.
