We were first introduced to Shayla 5 years ago when purchasing our first home. We were now in a position of wanting to sell our home and purchase another one and didn't even consider using someone else. Shayla is so great to work with. She's well informed, great with communication, knowledgeable, friendly and kept our families needs at the forefront during the entire process.

Shayla Ackerman spent considerable time investigating my property and other homes of similar quality, showing me sales statistics, and giving me a clear understanding of what my expectations should be before putting my house up for sale. She did this all BEFORE I even selected her as my realtor.

Throughout the sale process, not once did I ever feel that I could have done better with any other realtor. She is professional, courteous, kind and an absolute pleasure to work with.

I have dealt with 7+ realtors throughout my life and this is the absolute first time I can truly say that I will definitely be using the same realtor again (i.e. Shayla) for my next real estate transaction.

I have had the opportunity to work with Shayla on three occasions and with every transaction I become more impressed by her expertise and personality. She sold my house quickly in a difficult market and provided excellent advice at all points during the listing and selling process.

Shayla Ackerman is very professional and knowledgeable in what she does. She helped us buy our first home and has now helped us sell it. She marketed our property using every possible marketing tool to catch the eyes of every potential buyer. Her personality is very easygoing and communication skills were phenomenal. She kept us in the loop for every feedback, and anything regarding our home. We had already moved and she had a neat electronic signing software which made everything easy to sign. She was very helpful and had an answer for every question or challenge we faced. We appreciate all the pride she puts into her work.
