Since i am extremely picky when it comes to home buying, and the houses here in P.A aren't the best maintained or even upgraded at all, yet and still selling costs being outrageous...i can tell you that Brian went above and beyond in helping us find this gem of a house, at the price we paid! My husband and i are extremely satisfied!
