Stroudsburg home values have climbed sharply on a year-over-year basis in the latest rolling three-month view. The typical home value is up about 70% from a year ago, while the median list price has risen roughly 74%. Even with these price gains, active listings are down more than 11% compared with last year, underscoring tighter inventory.

In the most recent three-month period ending in May 2026, the typical home value is about $400,000 and the median list price sits just under that level. Homes are taking longer to sell than a year ago, with median days on market jumping more than twelvefold to 26 days, yet supply has thinned, as months of supply has dropped nearly 38% year over year to 1.6 months, keeping conditions tilted toward sellers.

Sales activity has cooled compared with last year, as homes sold are down about 41% on a rolling three-month basis even though pending sales are up more than 32%, suggesting demand is still present but not all deals are closing. Roughly a quarter of recent sales closed above list price, and the average sale-to-list ratio of about 98% shows buyers are still paying close to asking.
