The typical home value in Pocono Pines is projected to be $437,550 for the month of January. December’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $505,000—up 1.0% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $335,000 in Monroe County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $342,500 in January.

Pocono Pines had 9 new listings and 11 listings that went under contract in December, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 48—down 11.11% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in January.

Of those 48 active listings, 10.42% reduced their price in the month of December. The median listing price for homes in Pocono Pines grew 41.84% from November to December, bringing the current median listing price to $400,000. Based on projected data for January, listing prices may continue to grow.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell sharply year-over-year. In December 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 84 days, compared to 102 days in December 2024. In recent months the median number of days from listed to pending appears to be decreasing. That trend is predicted to have carried through to this January.
