Bridgett was very knowledgeable about the house I was selling considering she was the selling agent when we purchased the house 8 yrs ago.

One of the most annoying components of working with any type of agency can be a lack of communications. Bridgett is stellar at communicating. It was so valuable to have a knowledgeable agent to walk along side us through the complexities of selling a home. Our sale could have been delayed or jepordized due to the lack of attention to detail and deadlines on behalf of the buyer's agent. Bridgett interceded and kept the process advancing in the interest of both us as sellers and on behalf of the buyers who had more important deadlines to meet than us. Bridgett has earned our deepest trust.
We had a great experience working with Bridgett and would recommend her to anyone looking in the TN area.
When I say Bridgett went above and beyond that is not an understatement. The lengths she went to because we are out of the area were extraordinary. We love working with Bridgett because she's honest, transparent, a great communicator and she truly loves what she does. We cannot thank Bridgett enough. Over the years we have sold and bought eight homes. Never have we had a agent more professional. She not only hit the price to sale on the button but also sold it on the button. The few days the house was up for sale she keep us up to date what was going on. This was important since our full time home was over 250 miles away. She walked us through the paper work with ease and made sure we understood the process, which was just a breeze. I had already been told what a great sales person she was but was still amazed.
Bridgett went over the area and previous sales in the area. She made us aware of the Tennessee rules and requirements for sales. We were not aware of many things such as the necessity to get survey since the property was quit old and she got all the information to show how the land was laid out.
She walked through the house and gave us a call within one day with an price to sale it. She was right on the spot.
Century 21 MVP is a top notch company and I would certainly use them in any state.
Bridgett walked us through what to expect in the sale of our home. Since it was used as a vacation home she keep up with the check in and check out of the guest so it could be sold looking at it's best. The pictures she took were a great asset also. Our sales was on a Friday and we had the money in our account that Monday. We were very pleased

Bridge was a great example of Century 21 and knows the business well. She is very friendly, understanding and helpful. We bought a house and sold one with Bridget. She made sure everything was complete and correct for us. She is an honest, hard working agent whom I would recommend to anyone buying or selling. She knows the area and the market and can work with all ages. She makes things easy and relaxing.
After owning cabins in TN for 13 years, we reached a point where we had new interests. Bridgett Goins understood the area, the market and the point we were at in our lives. She was spot with her price evaluation. I spoke to Bridgett Goins the day before leaving for Dubai, when I returned the contract and sales price were ready. A week later we had an offer. Without Bridgett Goins we would have left a lot of money on the table. The deal she arranged was great for us and the buyer. Her knowledge of the Pigeon Forge area is incredible. Bridgett previously had done a very good job when we purchased the property and we liked her very much, so we called her first when we decided to sell the property. Since cost to sell was important to us, we only needed to make sure that Century 21 charged a reasonable commission. So we were very happy the property sold to the first potential buyers who looked at the property. Getting it on line quickly and available to sell made a big difference.
Bridgett was an amazing agent for us. She worked hard to only show us properties that fit our wish list. She was very professional throughout the entire process. We have bought and sold many properties and she is by far on the top of the list of relators we have used.
