Caitlin was great both times we worked with her; she was always on top of her game no matter what! She always replied fast to questions or comments, not that there were many of those, given how hands-on she was in explaining everything. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process and had an answer for every question I sent her way. Not to mention how smooth she made the closing process, I thought that was going to be the biggest stressor, but she made it simpler than I thought possible for closing a house! I already absolutely recommend her to everyone I know and have no plans on changing that anytime soon!

Caitlin is amazing! As a first time home buyer I really didn't know anything about the process. From day one, Caitlin did a stellar job breaking down everything from pre-approval to closing. Her ability to clearly & concisely explain what to expect made the process much less daunting!

Caitlin was patient & thorough making sure I felt confident in my decisions. Her communication & dedication to my search really proved she had my best interests in mind. She went above and beyond helping me understand what may or may not be realistic fixes in homes I was considering, and her knowledge really shone through. I never felt rushed or pressured with my search and it was evident her goal was to help me find my ideal home, not just close a sale.
