I thanked Rochelle for being so transparent and learned so much about real estate even after owning my home for 16 years. We are currently renting but look forward to working with Rochelle in the future in buying another house and assisting my parents in selling their home.

Rochelle does it right! She thinks outside the box using social media as a wonderful selling tool! She even brought her drone over and took airial photos of our property. I also seen it a lot on Facebook also! She also does not want to just sell you any home, she listens to what you want and need and goes the extra mile to find what we wanted! Thank you so very much for all you did for us to get us into the home we wanted and love! Folks it you want a realtor the works for you I would give her a call now!

We had a good experience selling our home with the help of Rochelle. She works with a wonderful photographer who captured the essence of our home. We were able to find a buyer with Rochelle's help who appreciate s the property as much as we do.

I would say that "by chance", Rochelle Roesler responsed to my inquiry about selling property right away, almost "instantly". I used to hire some contractors to do work at my property. Whoever response to my inquiry first will get the job and if they do the good job, they will get the work later too.
