This was an inherited property. We had a relative that was buying the property. Candee was very helpful in pricing the property. Even though this property was a hard one to find comparables, Candee was able to do that and give us her recommendation. Candee followed through to closing and only charged a minimal fee. Candee was more than fair. We would definitely recommend Candee and will use her in the future if we should need to buy or sell another property.
