My experience with McGeeScott has been excellent. My agent Candi has been the face of the McGeeScott for me and has done a fantastic job. She is very knowledgeable and professional and is always a step ahead of the process letting me know what I need to do and when. She answered all my questions and if she didn't know at that moment she would find out and get back to me in a very timely manner. I felt like I was the only person she was working for. I would highly recommend Candi and McGeeScott realty to anyone selling/buying a home. I had no idea how the process worked and she made it very easy. I also had conversations with Madison Theriot who temporarily filled in for Candi. She as well did an excellent job. Candi Bellard is an exceptional Realtor who helped us navigate the crazy market and an extremely complicated situation. With an impending military retirement, a baby on the way, and moving across the country, Candi shouldered a lot of the burden and stress for us through all phases of house-hunting, closing, and even after closing. I literally cannot put into words how amazing Candi Bellard was for our new home purchase! She was available ANYTIME to calm every fear, answer every question, and stop every panic session when we thought something was wrong. Shopping for a house in LA while living in AK was beyond challenging but I knew Candi had a better sense of what I wanted then I did. I trusted her opinion more than my husband’s. She was meticulous when viewing homes with us or for us. She spotted things I would never think to look for or ask. Even while on a sandy beach relaxing Candi was a text away and organized viewings for me. I have been truly blessed to “find my people” in the Bellard family!

Where can I start with this wonderful woman.... when I first contacted her I explained my whole situation to her (I was like a baby that needed to learn how to walk ) lol she has took me and went through every step from beginning to end if I didn’t understand something I would ask her If she didn’t know she would find out really quick she would go above and beyond to help me or anyone out to find that right deal for them there was plenty of day and nights talking with her anytime I needed to ask something these last four plus months I spent more time with her on the phone than I did with my wife lol but all in a nutshell this is a number one realtor that bows her stuff and I would recommend her to anyone that needs a great realtor I will be doing any of my house shopping with her again until then thank you from the bottom of our little family hearts much love and respect to you we have created more than a work friendship but more like a family friendship thanks again Love the Cormier f
